Choose your certification option
Select a 12-month or 6-month certification, then complete your intake and schedule your appointment.
Step 2
Meet your physician
Discuss your medical history and symptoms with a licensed Texas physician by video.
Step 3
Review your next steps
If appropriate, your physician enters your prescription in the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT). You can then have it filled by a licensed dispensing organization.
Pricing

12-month prescription
Initial 12-month certification.
Then $75 per year to renew.
6-month prescription
6-month certification.
A shorter certification option.
Probation letter — $75
Optional add-on, available only with the 12-month certification. Not available with the 6-month option.
Certification options and renewals are subject to medical evaluation. A prescription is not guaranteed.
Qualifying conditions
Could you be eligible?
You must be a permanent Texas resident with a qualifying condition. Your physician will assess the potential benefits and risks before deciding whether to prescribe.
Some causes of chronic pain may warrant further evaluation. Having a listed condition does not guarantee a prescription.
